I bought this @Cash item but I did not receive it. However my @Cash was deducted. Why?

There may be some delays due to high network traffic at the Cash Shop. Please kindly revert back to us if the Cash item is not credited after 24 hours, with the required information stated in @Cash Webform for further investigation.

I have sent my friend a gift successfully, but my friend did not receive it!

This problem might due to:

  1. You have entered the intended recipient's in-game nick incorrectly.
  2. The intended recipient's character is in the different World as your character.
  3. Item delivery delayed may be due to lag issue, so please give 24 hours grace.

If the item still does not show up after 24 hours, please kindly revert back to us with the required information stated in @Cash Webform for further investigation.

Someone has sent a gift to me, but I did not receive it!

This problem might due to the below:

  1. Sender entered wrongly the character name of yours.
  2. Sender used a character from different World to send the gift.
  3. Item delivery delayed due to lag issue, please wait for 24 hours. If the item still does not show up after 24 hours.

If the item still does not show up after 24 hours, please kindly revert back to us with the required information stated in @Cash Webform for further investigation.

I bought an item in the Cash Shop, but it did not appear in my Cash Wardrobe!

  1. You have not successfully purchased the item. The purchase is not successful if you did not see a “Purchase Success” message popping up after you have confirmed your purchase. In this case, no @Cash will be deducted. You may try to access the Cash Shop a few times.
  2. Due to high traffic at Cash Shop, you may experience some lag which causes the item delivery to be delayed. In this case, @Cash is deducted but item does not show up. Please wait for 24 hours before reverting back to us. If the Cash item is not credited after this time, please kindly revert back to us with the required information stated in @Cash Webform for further investigation.

I have accidentally bought an item, can I refund or exchange or transfer it to my friend's account?

Please note that it is stated in our Terms of Usage for @Cash and Cash Shop/Items that once purchased successfully, item bought cannot be refunded or exchanged or even transferred to another account. However, for MapleSEA players, you may use it for another character within the same Maple account in the same World.

Note that if the item is intended to be given to a friend, you should use the 'Gift' function and not the 'Buy' function as you can't drop or trade cash items. Player should also note of possible lag issue and be patient for the item to be delivered to avoid unintentional repeat purchase.
