    1. What is @Cash?

      @Cash is the credit system used by Asiasoft Passport, @Global and PlayPark. Registered members will be able to use @Cash to redeem for game cash that are to be used in all games published by Asiasoft Online.

    2. How do I use @Cash?

      You will need to top up your @Cash.

      • Login to your Asiasoft Passport and select @Cash > Top Up to do so.
      • Login to your @Global ID and select and select "Buy Games Coupon > Enter Prepaid Card Serial and Security code.
        *For @Global ID, only selected Pre-Paid card and virtual prepaid card codes @Cash dominations are accepted. Please refer to "@Cash conversion table" for more information.
      • Login to your PlayPark and select "Top up" > Enter Prepaid Card Serial and Security code.

      Players will still have to select which game to convert/purchase their @cash into Game cash before they can use in game. (More info at point 7)

    3. Will @Cash be expired?

      Yes, @Cash will be valid for 365 days upon each top up date. Only after you had converted your @Cash into game cash, it will not expire.

      To check whether your @Cash is going to be expiring,

      • For game accounts in Asiasoft Passport login to your Asiasoft passport and click on “My Cash Information” to check your @Cash expiry.
      • For game accounts in @Global
      • @Cash for @Global ID will not expire at the moment, as they will top up directly into Requiem game account; no game cash conversion required.
      • For game accounts in PlayPark, login to your PlayPark account and click on "Transaction History"
    4. What are the charging methods of @Cash?

      Kindly refer to here for more information on charging methods for Asiasoft Passport

      For games in @Global, only selected Pre-Paid card and virtual prepaid card codes @Cash dominations are accepted. Please refer to "@Cash conversion table" for more information.

      For games in PlayPark, only top up through Pre-Paid card is available.

      More payment methods will be evaluated and implemented in the near future.

    5. Why do I need to purchase @Cash?

      @Cash allows player to purchase items that are not available to be purchased by in-game currency. Players can purchase items that enhance their character advancement and beautify their avatars, enriching their enjoyment in all games published by Asiasoft Online.

    6. What is the cost of @Cash?

      10,000 @Cash = S$10.70, RM25.00
      12,500 @Cash = RM31.25 Only available in Malaysia
      20,000 @Cash = S$21.40, RM50.00
      30,000 @Cash = S$32.10, RM75.00
      50,000 @Cash = RM125.00 Only available in Malaysia
      Prices are inclusive of 7% GST

    7. How do I get my @Cash working?

      For game accounts in Asiasoft Passport

      • After your @Cash is charged into your account, you are to take an additional step to convert the @Cash in Asiasoft Passport into the game which you desired to spend in. After successful conversion, you may proceed to the Cash Shop located in the game to spend your Game Cash.

      For games in @Global ID

      • After a successful purchase of "Games Coupon", you would be provided with an E-Pin. Access the in-game cash shop and enter the E-Pin code. For in-depth guide, kindly click here.

      For games in PlayPark

      • After your @Cash is charged into your account, you are to take an additional step to convert the @Cash in PlayPark into the game which you desired to spend in. After successful conversion, you may proceed to the Cash Shop located in the game to spend your Game Cash.

      @Cash can also be used to redeem ePINs, @Global, PlayPark, administrative/ penalty fee payment, online shopping and even register for certain events too.

    1. Where can I purchase Prepaid Cards?

      For Malaysia, Click here to view the retailing stores that sell @Cash Prepaid Cards.
      For Singapore, Click here to view the retailing stores that sell @Cash Prepaid Cards.

    2. I have problems topping up my prepaid charging details. It’s always showing me "Invalid Security Code or Serial No."!

        This problem might be due to:

        • You have already topped up the serial number but wasn’t aware (sometimes the receipt page might not show up properly due to your browser configuration).
          To check if you have topped up successfully,

          For game accounts in Asiasoft Passport

          • login to your Asiasoft passport and click on “My Cash Information” to check your @Cash expiry.

          For game accounts in @Global

          • Login to your @Global ID Via Requiem’s website under "Cash shop" -> "Purchase History"

          For game accounts in PlayPark

          • Login to your PlayPark account and click on "Transaction History"
        • If the above does not solve your problem, it may be a mis-print of the security code. You may then send us a message via @Cash Web form to report the problem.
        • The card has been charged by another account. If that was not intended, you may send us a message via @Cash Web form to report the problem.
    3. I want to top up my prepaid card but I just noticed it is expired. Can I have a refund or exchange?

      We regret to inform you that it is not possible to have a refund or exchange. Player has the responsibility to check the condition or expiry of the card before purchasing.

    4. I have topped up successfully to my account, but I cannot see my Cash balance in Cash Shop!

      This problem might due to:

      • High traffic at Cash Shop may cause lag affecting the cash balance shown. Try accessing the Cash Shop a few times, preferably in different channels to rectify the problem.
      • You may have topped up with another Passport Account which does not contain the character(s) you used to check your Cash Balance.

      This happens when players assign same name for login IDs and game characters which often create confusion. Just remember that you are charging to your Account and not to your character.

      Upon encountering this, you might want to recall if you have ever created more than 1 Passport Account. If you had, please check out your account information to see if your character belongs to the Asiasoft Passport, @Global or PlayPark Account you have used to top up your @Cash.

      For game accounts in Asiasoft Passport

      • You may check out your account information by logging onto Asiasoft Passport, and selecting Accounts and clicking on ’View’.

      For game accounts in @Global

        Login to your @Global ID Via Requiem’s website under "Cash shop" -> "Purchase History"

      For game accounts in PlayPark

        Login to your PlayPark account and click on "Transaction History"

      You may then send us a message via @Cash Web form if the @Cash is not credited after 24 hours.

    5. I topped up using SAM/AXS but the entry of National ID is incorrect. Can I transfer the @Cash to the correct Account?

      Do note that under no circumstances will Asiasoft Online provide refunds for incorrect entry of National ID that resulted in @Cash being credited to the Asiasoft Passport Account of another party.

    6. I topped up using SAM/AXS successfully but I did not receive my @Cash. What should I do?

      If you did not received your @Cash after 24 hours, kindly send us a message via @Cash Web form and provide the required information as stated for further assistance.

    7. Why is there a message prompt “Sorry you’ve reached your daily limit for the day” for online payment whereby I have not exceeded my monthly credit limit?

      For all Asiasoft Passports will have a daily limit of 50,000 @Cash when purchasing @Cash through online charging methods. If you wish to increase your daily/ monthly credit limit, please send us a message via @Cash Web form

      For @Global and PlayPark, only Pre-Paid card purchase is available. More payment methods will be evaluated and implemented in the near future.

    8. Why do I get the message “Sorry you’ve reached your credit limit for the month” when I try to charge via online payment?

      For all Asiasoft Passports will have a monthly credit limit of 200,000 @Cash when purchasing @Cash through online charging methods. If you wish to increase your daily/ monthly credit limit, please send us a message via @Cash Web form

      For @Global and PlayPark, only Pre-Paid card purchase is available. More payment methods will be evaluated and implemented in the near future.

    9. What are the documents I need to submit to increase daily/monthly credit limit for online payment?

      Please note that every Asiasoft Passport will have a default daily limit of 50,000 @Cash and monthly credit limit of 200,000 @Cash to charge.

      You will need to send an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the Subject “Request to increase credit limit” and provide the following details:

      • Asiasoft Passport Login ID
      • Daily limit
      • Monthly credit limit

      Upon submission, your request will be processed within 3 working days and a notification email will be sent to your registered email on the status of your request.

      For @Global and PlayPark, only Pre-Paid card purchase is available. More payment methods will be evaluated and implemented in the near future.

    10. My account has been restricted for online payment for 30min, what can I do to charge my @Cash again?

      You may have attempted 3 failed transactions of entering wrong Pre-Paid card information within 30 minutes therefore you are being restricted from charging online for 30 minutes. Kindly wait after 30 minutes in order to charge @Cash again.

    11. Why do I get the message “You’re not allowed to make transaction due to IP restriction!” when I try to charge via online payment?

      Each IP address is allowed to make top-up to 5 different account within 24 hours. Kindly wait after 24 hours in order to charge @Cash via online payment in the desired account.

    12. Why do I get the message “Restricted due to country changed” when I try to charge via online payment?

      Your online charging had been restricted due to login of your account in different country within 24 hours. Kindly wait after 24 hours in order to charge @Cash again.

    13. If I accidentally deleted my SMS purchased through GX credits, what can I do?

      You need to initiate “topup” to 42637, and reply with Number “9” for Asiasoft, than select Option “5” to view Purchase Records. You will receive the game code that you have purchased for the past 1 month, regardless if the game codes have been activated before.

    • @Cash Prepaid Card

      The following terms apply specifically to your purchase and use of Asiasoft @Cash Prepaid Card (”@Cash Prepaid Card”): The @Cash Prepaid Card is for sale in Singapore and Malaysia only. Asiasoft does not warrant the validity of the @Cash Prepaid Card if purchased outside the territories of Singapore and Malaysia. @Cash Prepaid Card holds no cash value.

    • Using Your @Cash Prepaid Card

      The @Cash Prepaid Card allows you to charge your Asiasoft Passport Account , @Global ID and PlayPark account with the amount of @Cash Credits stated on the face of the card. @Cash Credits allows you to redeem game credits, at a pre-determined rate, for products and services provided by Asiasoft Online.

      Rates are subjected to changes at any time without notice at the sole discretion of Asiasoft. The @Cash Prepaid Card cannot be used for any other purpose unless otherwise stated in an official media authorized or hosted by Asiasoft.

      In order to use the @Cash Prepaid Card, you must successfully register for an Asiasoft Passport Account, @Global or PlayPark account. You may register an account without charge at

    • Converting your @Cash to Game Cash

      Once @Cash Credits have been converted to Game Cash successfully, the conversion process is irreversible. Therefore, please be careful to check your conversion amount and designated game accounts.

    • Checking your @Cash Credit Balance

      You may check your @Cash Credit Balance by logging in into your Asiasoft Passport, @Global or PlayPark Account and select the “Transaction History” option. You may also check the transaction history and usage of your @Cash Credits.

      For game accounts in Asiasoft Passport

      • login to your Asiasoft passport and click on “My Cash Information” to check your transaction history

      For game accounts in @Global

      • Login to your @Global ID Via Requiem’s website under "Cash shop" -> "Purchase History"

      For game accounts in PlayPark

      • Login to your PlayPark account and click on "Transaction History"
    • Expiration of your @Cash Prepaid Card

      Your @Cash Prepaid Card must be activated within the Expiry Date printed on the card (the “Expiry Date”). Once you have activated your @Cash Prepaid Card, your @Cash credits are valid for 365 days after the date of activation (“the activation period”).

      Your @Cash credits are valid for 365 days after the date of top-up. Each topping up of @Cash record will have its 365 days of expiry. You are to utilise @Cash credits before it expired.

      Under no circumstances will Asiasoft provide refunds for unused @Cash Credits remaining at the end of the activation period or the card’s Expiry Date.

    • Termination

      If your Asiasoft Passport Account, @Global or PlayPark is terminated for any reason by Asiasoft Online, no refunds, including unused @Cash credits, will be granted. You understand that your Asiasoft Passport Account can be terminated by Asiasoft Online if Asiasoft Online determines, in its sole discretion that you are in breach of the terms stated in the Terms of Use of Asiasoft Passport or in this Agreement.
