How do I perform identity verification for PlayPark?

To verify your PlayPark, please follow these procedures:

Go to PlayPark @iBox at https://passport.asiasoft.net/ibox/playpark.aspx.
Provide PlayPark account registered Full Name, Email and Date of Birth.
Kindly provide Date, Time incident occurred and Reference Link, if not kindly leave it blank. State your request as detail as possible under Description of incident and submit.

*Please note that PlayPark ID, FULL NAME, DATE OF BIRTH and EMAIL have to tally with the registered detail of Play Park in order for the verification process to be completed.

My PlayPark account has been suspended due to excessive password attempts. What should I do?

Exceeded more than 5 unsuccessful login attempts, causing your PlayPark to be suspended for security purpose. Kindly reset your PlayPark account password to release the suspension.

Do I need to create game account for PlayPark games?

No more game account creation, only need to sign up PlayPark account. All login IDs will be replaced by Email Addresses.

Can I retain my PlayPark forum nickname?
  1. Yes, kindly register with the same email address that was previously used to register for the existing PlayPark account.
  2. Only existing user with PP forum nicknames that fulfill the following criteria may retain the current nicknames:

*The nickname is 6 – 12 characters long and consists of alphanumeric character and/or the underscore (“_”) symbol.)

I have forgotten my PlayPark password
To retrieve your PlayPark password, please follow these procedures:
  1. Visit https://member.playpark.net/login.aspx.
  2. Click on the 'Lost your password' link.
  3. Key in your Email address and Nickname.
  4. Click on ‘Reset Now!’.
  5. Your new password will be sent to your registered email account.
I have lost my verification email.

To retrieve your PlayPark email, please follow these procedures:

  2. Click on the ' Lost your verification email' link.
  3. Key in your Email address and Password.
  4. Your new verification code will be sent to your registered email account.
How do I change my PlayPark password?

To change your PlayPark password, please follow these procedures:

  1. Visit https://member.playpark.net/.
  2. Key in your PlayPark email address.
  3. Key in your PlayPark Password.
  4. Click on Change Profile.
  5. Key in your old PlayPark password.
  6. Key in your new PlayPark password.
  7. Re-key in your new PlayPark confirm password and click Change Password
How do I change my verification email address?

To change your PlayPark email, please follow these procedures:

  1. Visit https://member.playpark.net/.
  2. Key in your PlayPark email address.
  3. Key in your PlayPark Password.
  4. Click on Change. ( Beside your registered email address )
  5. Key in your new PlayPark email address.
  6. Re-key in your new PlayPark confirm email and click Change Email.
  7. You are required to verify your old email and new email to confirm the Email changes.
